Delete Your ReTail Account
You can permanently delete your ReTail account from the ReTail app or request account deletion if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete your account in the ReTail app
- Sign in to ReTail.
- Open Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Find Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access ReTail, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account when possible. Include your account email and your ReTail username if known.
Never email ReTail your password, Google password, authentication token, or payment information. ReTail may need to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What deletion covers
ReTail will delete or anonymize account data according to the Privacy Policy. Some limited records may be retained for legitimate reasons, including fraud prevention, transaction history, disputes, safety investigations, moderation records, and legal or regulatory obligations.
